Galaxy Lifestyle studio offers the experience of Aerial Yoga, Pilates, Prenatal Yoga, Acro Yoga, Vinyasa,Yin, and Hatha Yoga. Aerial Yoga- This class exposes students to a new experience of yoga postures by using the aerial fabric as a prop, adjustor, and deepening pathway. Aerial Yoga gives you the ability to stretch more deeply, release compression on the spine using gravity and practice inversions in a safe, supportive and easy way. Students will perform back bends, inversions, twists and full-body stretch in this segment. All levels welcome.
