Up Flying Yoga is the very first Aerial Yoga Arts studio in Los Angeles, CA. We teach tradition Hatha and Iyengar yoga using the aerial hammock as a prop to aid in proper body alignment and posture. Each student has their own hammock the entire duration of the class where we offer spinal decompression in every session. Whether you're new to Aerial Arts or Yoga, we describe each posture in terms you can understand. At Up Flying Yoga you will feel safe, challenged and rewarded.
